About the Speaker:
Dr. Tsanis is a Middle East and Africa Financial Markets Specialist, currently focusing on the growth of the corporate incubator of one of the largest Tech companies in the world. He has a particular focus in the diffusion of new technologies, in the area of Finance and beyond, through the formation of Start Ups and SMEs across MENA. Dr. Tsanis has international work experience in different sectors, including: consulting, high tech, academic, military, financial, oil and gas and utilities.
Dr. Tsanis is currently working closely with GCC governments in developing FinTech Solutions. He is also active in the academic community, contributing with intellectual capital, through both academic and applied research publications. Dr. Tsanis has a PhD in Finance from the University of Edinburgh, having also attended multiple executive courses, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Technology from the University of Oxford.
