At the Dubai Opera, our School Director, Mr. Hisham Hassan, delivered a powerful and historic address to the ISC Dubai Class of 2026. This year’s ceremony carried a profound significance, coinciding with the landmark 140th anniversary of SABIS®, representing a century and a half of academic rigor, discipline, and evolving innovation.
Addressing the 246 graduates who have completed a 12 year journey, Mr. Hassan emphasized that while advanced technology will continue to reshape the world and provide fast answers, it can never replicate human character, judgment, or integrity.
The core message that resonated deeply with everyone in attendance:

Our Grade 10 students are proudly participating in the Zayed Sustainability Prize this year, presenting an innovative solution to the challenge of limited freshwater resources in the UAE.
Their project, the *Tree Collar System*, is a passive condensation technology designed to support sustainable irrigation in arid environments. By harnessing natural processes to conserve water, this student-led innovation promotes smarter resource management and contributes to a more sustainable future.
