Alumni meet at Zabeel park.

All who were graduated from any of the Anjuman Institution can join us on Friday in Zabeel Park.

Thank you everyone who liked this page.... Please promote this page as we need more of the people to join this page. We are planning of Grand Function somewhere in November 2013 and we want the Alumni UAE to be the strongest!!!!

First of all regret I forgot to circulate minutes of the meeting. Below is the synopsis

Attendees : Abussattar Lanka, Yasir Kashimji, Manoj Ojha, Shafaat Kharuri, Shariar Khateeb, Yusuf Bermawar, Zubair Musba, Essa Lashkari, Jailani Mohtesham

Output:

Mr. Manoj was welcome into the alumni core team and brief introduction of all the participants were made as get-to-know each other. A brief introduction of Anjuman Alumni and scope and objectives of upcoming event was delivered by Mohiddin for the benefit of Mr. Manoj

Mohiddin circulated a first cut of stage-gate plan for detail discussion and further deliberation amongst the attendees. The plan was discussed at length and following actions were identified as immediate requirement for taking the event conduct to the next stage.

The Alumni website designing and development to be completed by 30/4. If required to hire paid resource and get completed by this date
The upload of data and other information on the website to be completed by 31/5. So by 1st June the web site should operational for members use and further circulation to wider community.
A facebook group of Anjuman Alumni be created and Shafaat voluntarily accepted to take this responsibility and commitment to complete this by 30/4
The database of Alumni in XL needed to be reinforced and compiled with basic data such as name, contact email, mobile no and passing out year etc to be completed by 31/5 with Jailani as focal point and other members providing full cooperation needed by him. Mr Manoj has offered to supply whatever available data with him and also will gather more data from his network to support Jailani build up comprehensive list.
The draft plan is attached for members ease of ref.
