Career Skills Training UAE Career Skills Training We are particularly excited about the teacher training programmes that have been mapped to UAE and UK standards.

Career Skills Training is a training institute formed by a group of educators who have several years of experience in providing education and training in academic and vocational qualifications in the UK. We are approved by the Knowledge and Human Development Agency (KHDA) to provide our services in a range of training areas to meet the demands of KHDA in UAE. The management team of Career Skills Training have taught and coordinated teacher training courses in the UK. The certificates available will give teachers and trainee teachers the opportunity to improve their qualifications by taking short courses that complement each other. The new Teacher and Educational Leadership Standards for the UAE (TELSUAE) are expected to improve the performance of teachers and educational leaders. The national licensing system for teachers indicates that all teachers are required to meet the standards when it becomes available. We are inviting existing teachers and potential graduates who are seeking to embark on a career to participate in our teaching programme.

Career skills Training UAE provide two options: The Award in Education and Training and The Certificate in Education and Training.

Award ( for new Teachers )

This course provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate that you have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare, plan, deliver and evaluate basic teaching and learning sessions, in a variety of teaching or training contexts.

Certificate ( for practicing Teachers )

This course provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate that you have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge on how to prepare, plan, deliver and evaluate basic teaching and learning sessions, using various and teaching and learning strategies, The course also provide the necessary skills and knowledge and developing skills to meet the observation requirement at school inspections.
