Dubai Heart Safe City is an iniative owned by Dubai Health Authority and is aiming to train thousands in CPR and AED for FREE to reduce out of hospital cardiac arrest with Hayat Institute as the only approved training partner. This is open to everyone working, studying or living Dubai, 18 years and above with a valid Emirates ID.
