This talk discusses the concept of cohesion in a very literal sense. It takes the textbook psychological definition of social cohesion in contrast to task cohesion, putting them into the context of athletics. Maddie Buist talks about how this cohesion has impacted her life in school and sport as well as the techniques that lead to the adoption of cohesion, encouraging people to get involved, and use these techniques as it can benefit all aspects of life, especially school and sport.
