يركز أخصائي العلاج الوظيفي على مساعدة الطلبة على أداء المهام الضرورية و اللازمة للمشاركة في نشاطات التعلم. يتسم العلاج الوظيفي بالشمولية في العلاج، بحيث لا يركز الأخصائي فقط على بعض المشكال و التحديات التي يعاني منها الطفل نتيجة مشكلة صحية معينة، و إنما ينظر إلى الطفل ككل و يعالج مشاكل مختلفة لمساعدة الطالب على ايجاد طرق للقيام بالأشياء التي يحتاج اليها ويريد القيام بها.

Occupational therapists help students perform particular tasks necessary for participation or learning. The whole purpose of school-based occupational therapy is to help kids succeed. Occupational therapy practitioners don’t just focus on the specific problem that a child’s disability may present; rather, they look at the whole child and tackle individual tasks, helping students find ways to do the things they need and want to do.

HAPPY TEACHER DAY !!!!
We had Surprice cake from our manager and we celebrate Teacher Day in our Centre.
It was very great day and very Yammi cake.
Little fun and lots of smile and happy faces.
Our little students help us to cut a cake and of course they like it a lot.

ما هو العلاج الوظيفي؟
العلاج الوظيفي هو أحد المهن الصحية و الذي من خلاله يساعد أخصائي العلاج الوظيفي الأفراد على القيام بمختلف نشاطات الحياة اليومية. فيما يخص اللأطفال، يعنى العلاج الوظيفي في المدرسة بتحسين قدرة الطالب على المشاركة القصوى في النشاطات المدرسية المختلفة، و من الأمثلة على هذه النشاطات، الانتباه في الصف، التركيز على المهام، استخدام القلم، التصرف بشكل مناسب في الصف و غيرها الكثير.

What is occupational therapy?
Occupational therapy is a health profession in which therapists help individuals engage in specific activities that make up daily life. For children and youth in schools, occupational therapy works to ensure that a student can participate in the full breadth of school activities—from paying attention in class; concentrating on the task at hand; holding a pencil, musical instrument, or book in the easiest way; or just behaving appropriately in class.
