Tonight my poor baby, best friend and light of my whole entire life passed away. I have never felt such a numbness and a pain like this in my whole life.

She was severely let down, as were we, by the vet after a routine operation of spaying on Sunday. Rua spent two additional nights in the vets as I wanted to ensure she was in the best hands after her operation and when we picked her up, she was not doing well. We knew something was not right and kept sending pictures and ringing but was told she was going to be okay, was depressed and to bring her up on Friday. She was getting weaker by the hour. She was suffering with visibly obvious internal bleeding, which we know now thanks to the incredible staff of our local vet who saw us tonight and helped us through.

I really am lost for words. Life will never ever be the same ever again. I do not know what we will do without you. I had so many plans and so many adventures for us together. Life with you was so incredible. You have been the most precious gift. Why you had to be taken from me I won’t ever understand.

You didn’t deserve this at what was the beginning of an incredible life with us💔

God please give me strength to deal with this.
