Everyone thinks making cafe quality food at home is tough. It's not. And it's soo much cheaper.

This is a simple 10 minute salad (dressing included).

Last night's spare roast chicken (done deliberately), base of lettuce and whatever salad veg (and herbs which I forgot šŸ¤¦) you have to hand, then a quick shaken fresh confit tomato and paprika dressing which takes two minutes and transforms the dish....

Now that Grove Road has sadly closed, I have a bit of spare time on my hands, and as we are hitting party season I thought I'd share my catering option with you all!
