Egyptian vermicelli رز مصري بالشعيرية أرز شعيرية زبدة او سمنه ملح شوربة او ماء نغسل الارز المصري حتي يتغير لون الماء من ابيض الي شفاف ثم في قدر نضع الزبدة او السمنه ونضع الشعيرية حتي يتحول لونها الي اللون الذهبي ثم الارز المغسول ومصفي من الماء ثم نضيف الشوربة او الماء إذا كان مقدار الرز كوب نضع كوب من الماء وإذا كان مقدار الشعيرية ملعقتين نضع ملعقتين ماء وعلي نار متوسطة حتي يتشرب الارز الماء ثم نقوم بخفض درجة حرارة النار ونغلق القدر لمدة من ١٤ ل ٢٠ دقيقة ‏Egyptian vermicelli rice‏Rice‏Vermicelli‏Butter or ghee‏Salt‏Soup or water‏We wash the Egyptian rice until the water changes color from white to clear‏Then in a pot we put the butter or ghee and put the vermicelli until its color turns golden, then the washed and drained rice‏Then we add the soup or water. If the amount of rice is a cup, we put a cup of water, and if the amount of vermicelli is two tablespoons, we put two tablespoons of water and on medium heat until the rice absorbs the water, then we lower the heat and close the pot for 14 to 20 minutes
