Highrise Apartment

| Design Year: 2016
| Client: Malabar Developers
| Location: Malaparamba, Kozhikode

Throwback to my very first Highrise apartment design project for Malabar Developers! I had the incredible opportunity to take on this challenging task and bring it to life. 💪

📐 I was tasked with:
✨ Turning conceptual floor plans into detailed elevations and captivating 3D designs.
📊 Updating floor plans to align with the new 3D Model.
🎨 Crafting stunning rendered floor plans for our marketing brochure.
🌿 Coordinating the rendering work for the interiors and the lush terrace garden.

🏙️ It was a journey filled with creativity and innovation, and I'm proud of the results we achieved. 🌟

🏋️‍♂️📚 The challenge: crafting an attention-grabbing façade to captivate potential business partners.

This residence, designed with a keen eye for maximizing space, embodies the essence of modern living. Each room has been meticulously planned to offer an uncluttered ambiance, while strategic design elements ensure that every nook and cranny serves a purpose.
Our client's preference for a contemporary style elevation is brought to life through clean lines, sleek finishes, and an understated elegance. The façade stands as a testament to the beauty of simplicity, with a harmonious blend of form and function.

Apartment Design 1 *ˢᵘⁿˢʰⁱⁿᵉ ᴬʳᶜʰⁱᵗᵉᶜᵗ'ˢ ˢᵗᵘᵈⁱᵒ

| Year: 2016
| Client: Mr. Basheer PC
| 12500 sq.ft. | 12x 2BHK
| Completion: 2017

This is my first apartment design project. The client gave me a simple floor plan with two mirrored blocks connected by a shared passage. They wanted better functionality and a more attractive exterior with some green space in the limited yard.
I made slight changes in the plan by moving the staircase to the front for improved privacy. I also proposed a small landscaped area under the stairs with a fountain to enhance the apartment's overall experience.
As construction on the foundation progresses, each alteration reflects our attention to detail. From a basic floor plan to a functional and charming apartment.

PLAZA
A plaza is proposed at the end of the rubble-mound break water which is in a circle shape and the structure is inspired from fishing nets.
The floor design displays the art patterns of several oceanic creatures caught using fishing nets. The steps leading up to this plaza are also used as spectator seats.

LIGHT HOUSE
A watch tower and lighthouse are planned at the northern breakwater's extreme end. This one is unique and was created using an anchor as its design inspiration, a well-known port symbol.

THE FISHING HARBOUR
Fishing ports and fish landing sites are intricate, dynamic interface zones where a variety of ecological, economic, social, and other activities happen simultaneously and problems occur. So, a mini urban scale design approach was used to design the master plan.

The major spaces in the harbour include:-
Entrance gate, Security, Driver’s area, Administration, Research & Training block, Boat Repair, Fuel bunk, Quays, Fish landing centre, Fish processing plant, Net mending shed, Locker Rooms, Canteen, Restrooms, dormitory etc.
