My best friends mother lost her life few years back due to breast cancer. This is my friends birthday month, so what would be better than dedicating one day in the memory of my friend's loving mother by practicing a FREE PINK YOGA CLASS at BODY & MIND YOGA STUDIO- GF-06 , IBN BATUTA GATE OFFICE building ground floor -5 pm ,Friday 6 October 2017.

About 1 in 8 women develop invasive breast cancer over the course of their lifetime, making it the most common cancer in women. Yoga can help you to prevent breast cancer in many effective ways.
So let's learn yoga postures that are specially designed for prevention against breast cancer!

Combining my passion for YOGA and LOVE for kids...I am ready to give the last free GROOVY KIDS YOGA class@GO SPORTS store , mall of the Emirates at 3 PM on 7 Oct,Saturday .This is a great class for kids aged 4-12 to experience yoga for the first time or to get to know yoga better if they're already doing yoga. Be a part of dis event , We'll play and flow through some fun yoga sequences for 45 minutes class.
