From August 12 to September 30, 15 government organizations will participate in this pilot scheme, reducing the working day to seven hours and suspending work on Fridays.

This initiative, launched by the Dubai Government Human Resources Department under the program "Our Summer is Flexible," aims to enhance performance and improve the quality of life for employees.

The screenings take 5-8 minutes per employee in total, and employees are provided with a detailed analysis of their physical health based on 5 factors.
