Our Year 11 pupils marked the end of an unforgettable chapter with a special Leavers Assembly and Guard of Honour. From a celebratory breakfast to the heartfelt applause of pupils and staff lining the atrium, the day was a fitting tribute to a remarkable year group.
There were smiles, laughter and tears as they shared their final moments with friends and teachers, and celebrated together one last time before embarking on their next journey.
This cohort has shown resilience, integrity and kindness throughout an extraordinary year, embodying the very best of Brighton values. We are immensely proud of all they have achieved and cannot wait to see what the future holds.

World Book Day provided a wonderful opportunity for collaboration between Year 6 and FS2 pupils.
Having written their own Mr Men-inspired stories, Year 6 pupils enjoyed sharing their finished books with their younger buddies. The session was filled with enthusiasm, imagination and thoughtful storytelling, as the younger children listened attentively to the stories created especially for them.
Moments such as these highlight the joy of reading and the strong sense of community that exists across the College.

As part of their Chemistry studies, our Year 10 pupils recently took part in an exciting practical lesson exploring chemical analysis through flame testing. During the experiment, pupils investigated how different substances produce distinctive flame colours when heated. The lesson encouraged curiosity and critical thinking as pupils compared results, recorded observations and discussed why each element creates a unique flame colour.
Experiences such as these help bring classroom learning to life and inspire students to explore the fascinating world of science through experimentation and discovery.
