The Find My Nanny Program was created to provide families with a budget-friendly option while still ensuring the highest standard of care for your infant or toddler.

This program offers both Live-In and Live-Out nanny options.

While both options are available, we do advise clients that Live-Out placements tend to have a higher long-term success rate, as caregivers maintain a healthier work-life balance. For families interested in a Live-In arrangement, we often recommend starting with a Live-Out setup and gradually transitioning once the relationship is well established.

Do you plan on letting your little one self feed?

Children learning to feed themselves are developing independence, fine motor skills and food awareness.

If your child is showing interest in feeding themselves, finger foods are a great way to start. You could try small, soft pieces of:

✅ fruit like ripe banana, mango or kiwifruit

✅ cooked vegetables like potato, sweet potato or pumpkin.

Top tip: put a few pieces of food within your child’s reach. You can add more when your child finishes them or drops them. This way the food won’t all end up on the floor at the start.

A solid routine during the week helps everyone stay organized and reduces stress, especially for kids who thrive on structure. However, weekends are a great opportunity to loosen up a bit, relax, and enjoy some unstructured time.
