🎻✨ Proud moment for EYSO! ✨🎻

Lana Koudsi and Yicheng Liu, members of EYSO and students of Mr. Kudsi at the Dubai National Conservatory, proudly represent the UAE at the Kocian International Violin Competition in Ústí nad Orlicí, Czech Republic. Holding the UAE flag, they are competing in Categories 2 and 3. 🇦🇪
This morning, they had their final rehearsal with the piano for the first round. The Opening Ceremony takes place at 12:00, followed by Lana’s performance at 1:00 pm alongside around 30 competitors, where she will perform the mandatory piece, Dvořák’s Sonatina. Yicheng will take the stage at 5:00 pm with 25 competitors.

I am pleased to share that our orchestra members performed exceptionally well alongside their colleagues from the Czech Republic, and our soloists delivered outstanding performances with Seol Yoeun.
