🌟 Supporting Inclusion Champions! 🌟

🏫 Our Department of Inclusion & Wellbeing recently conducted a meaningful Continuous Professional Development (CPD) session led by our Inclusion Governor, Dr. Haneesha Pinnamaraju, to strengthen inclusive education practices within our school community.

🧠 The session deepened teachers’ understanding of neurodiversity, brain development, and the importance of recognising each child’s unique learning journey. Through engaging discussions and the Sensory Pyramid of Learning activity, staff gained practical strategies to support diverse learning, behavioural, and emotional needs.

🤝 The workshop highlighted the vital role teachers play in identifying and supporting neurodivergent learners while creating inclusive and responsive classrooms. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive school environment that promotes student success, staff empowerment, and overall wellbeing.

💙 Together, we continue to build a culture where every learner feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
