Empowering Youth for a Nasha Mukt Bharat
Our school conducted a meaningful awareness session under the CBSE Talkathon initiative “Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat,” promoting a substance-free and responsible youth community.
The session, organised by the Wellbeing Coordinator and School Counsellor, focused on substance-use prevention, peer pressure, responsible choices, early warning signs, seeking help, and supporting friends.
Students actively engaged in an open-ended discussion, sharing questions, perspectives, and reflections in a safe and supportive environment.
As a creative reflection, students expressed their understanding and commitment through impactful posters and e-posters.
The initiative empowered students to make informed choices, build resilience, and contribute to a healthier and substance-free society.

Celebrating Hindi, Honouring Our Heritage – Hindi Day 2026

Crescent English High School proudly participated in the Hindi Day Celebrations 2026 – Session II., organized by ACT Universal FZE LLC in collaboration with the Consulate General of India, Dubai, on 18th September 2026. Our student Reeti Shetty (Grade 10) represented the school in the Inter-School Impromptu Speech Competition, while Ibrahim Ali Baig Mirza(Grade 8), parent Ms. Zeba Noor Azam Khan and Hindi teacher Ms. Pinky Sharma contributed actively in the engaging “Chaupal Charcha” session. This prestigious event brought together more than 20 reputed schools across the UAE to celebrate the richness of the Hindi language and culture. We truly value the enthusiasm and efforts of our participants in making their mark at this memorable celebration.

Parent Awareness Session-Understanding Your Child’s Unique Learning Profile

The Department of Inclusion & Wellbeing conducted an insightful parent awareness session for Grades 1–3 on “Understanding Your Child’s Unique Learning Profile – From Labels to Understanding.”

The session was led by our Inclusion Governor, Dr. Haneesha Pinnamaraju, Developmental & Behavioural Paediatrician, Founder & Medical Director of SHINE Child Development Center.

Dr. Haneesha guided parents on neurodevelopment, neurodiversity, learning foundations, regulation, and understanding the child beyond labels. She emphasised that labels describe patterns, not the whole child, and that learning is built upon strong developmental foundations.

The session highlighted the importance of building independence, maintaining open parent-child communication, providing emotional coaching, and seeking expert guidance when needed.

The engaging session empowered parents with practical insights to better understand, support, and nurture their child’s development both at home and at school.

Protecting Our Children | Understanding Substance Use & Risky Behaviours

The Department of Inclusion & Wellbeing conducted a meaningful Parent Awareness Session on substance use, risky behaviours, prevention and early support.
The session featured expert guidance from Dr. Sincy Thomas, Sports Medicine Specialist and Child & Adolescent Counsellor, and Ms. Shamida Asif, Psychologist and Speech-Language Pathologist.
The experts shared practical insights on early identification of risks and recognising behavioural changes in children.
We sincerely thank our guest speakers for their valuable guidance and support.
Our heartfelt appreciation goes to all parents for their active participation in this important conversation.

With a shared commitment to protecting our planet and shaping a more sustainable future, Crescent English High School commemorated World Ozone Day on 16 September 2026 under the inspiring theme “Global Action for a Cooler Planet.” The celebration transformed learning spaces into vibrant platforms for exploring the ozone layer, sustainable cooling, energy conservation, environmental protection, and responsible choices. Across the school, students expressed their understanding through creative artworks, scientific models, infographics, presentations, and imaginative writing. The activities encourage learners to connect scientific knowledge with everyday actions such as conserving energy, reducing pollution, saving resources, and creating greener spaces. Through creativity, collaboration, inquiry, and reflection, students developed a deeper appreciation of their role as responsible environmental stewards. The initiative beautifully brought together science, creativity, and sustainability, turning awareness into meaningful action. 🌎💚

📚 Celebrating Young Talent & Literary Achievement! ✨

We are proud to celebrate Ifra Fathima Ali, Grade 8, for her remarkable achievement as a Young Author and Student Writer. 🌟

Her poem “Blank Page” has been published in Aura: A Collection of Poems, featured at the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, marking a wonderful milestone in her literary journey.

Ifra is also the author of The Earth Talks Back and has published The Pen of Nine Paths and The Castle Beyond the Castle through BriBooks.

Her creativity, passion for reading and dedication to writing are truly inspiring. We proudly recognise Ifra as a Young Author and congratulate her on this wonderful accomplishment.
