From high-energy team-building workshops to an immersive day exploring 𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 𝑪. 𝑴𝒂𝒙𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒍’𝒔 Developing the Leader Within You 2.0, our young leaders gained powerful insights, meaningful connections, and a deeper understanding of what it takes to lead with purpose.

More than just a series of activities, the summit was a transformative journey — one that challenged students to discover the leader within, set the right priorities, cultivate strong character, build a resilient attitude, and cast a bold vision for the future. 🚀

At Centris Leadership Training, we’re preparing young leaders to rise, lead, and make real, positive change.

High School Learners from Metro Manila took on the Maxwell Leadership Game with energy, teamwork, and lots of fun. But it was more than just a game—it pushed them to step out of their comfort zones, think bigger, and discover what it truly means to lead with confidence.

Leadership doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a journey, and we’re committed to walking that path with them as they grow into tomorrow’s leaders, one step at a time.

Beyond leadership training, we also create space for art, fun, and creativity! 🎉

Pen in hand, hearts wide open, participants explored the art of beautiful lettering - from practicing brushstrokes and shaping letter forms, to adding flair with color and style.
