Today is World Mental Health Day, a reminder that mental health matters for everyone, including us as coaches!

So in our "Fireside" conversation in our Basecamp Coaching Community today, we focused our conversation around this topic about supporting clients with their wellness. (this video is not that conversation as we keep our conversations within the community confidential for us!)

And in our work, it’s vital to remember that when we are talking about mental wellness it isn’t just about helping clients; it’s also about prioritising our own well-being. As coaches, we need to practice self-care, seek support, and embrace our own vulnerabilities. When we take care of ourselves, we can better support those around us.

Let’s commit to being open about our mental health journeys and create safe spaces for others to do the same. Together, we can make a positive impact! 🌱💪

I am sooooo excited! 🤩

Today is the start of our first cohort of coaches who are getting started on our modular version of the Certificate in Intercultural Coaching!

We have delivered this as a Flagship programme several times before but this time we are delivering it through various modules to make it more accessible.

I am so looking forward to delivering the first two modules in September / October, because I have seen this through from early development to now delivering to this group of eager coaches.
