Today, we explored different “S” objects around us, along with other objects that did not start with the letter S.

Through a fun hopping game, the children had to think quickly and hop only onto the objects that started with S, encouraging fast thinking, cognitive processing, listening, and decision-making skills. We also traced the letter S by walking along its shape, combining movement with letter recognition.

Today, we created our very own family trees! We talked about the special moments captured in our family photos and shared little stories about the people we love.

The children got creative by crumpling their own paper to make the tree branches and apple leaves, then arranged and created their family trees in their own unique ways.

This child led activity encouraged self expression, fine motor skills, and helped the children celebrate what makes their families special!

Today, we learnt about the concepts of less and more using eggs! 🥚

We compared different groups of eggs and practised identifying which group had more and which had less. The children enjoyed counting, comparing, and learning through hands-on play.

Today, we played a fun “Guess the Object” game! The children closed their eyes and used their sense of touch to guess what was inside the mystery box. They tried to name each object, describe how it felt, and talk about its texture using words such as soft, rough, smooth, hard, and bumpy. This activity encouraged the children to use their imagination, sensory skills, and descriptive language while having lots of fun!
