Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),
Tomorrow Monday 15th June 2015 we will be celebrating the end of Year Party. Students can dress as they desire e.g. own clothes, fancy dress, traditional dress.
The school day will finish at 1:00 pm you may collect your children from school or they can use the school transportation. If you are collecting your child on Thursday and your child usually travels using the school transportation please inform the school administration by Tuesday 24th March 2015.
The end of term party will consist of the following activities:
• Educational Movie
• Outdoor play
• Indoor Sport
• Dance Games (musical chairs, musical statues)
Lastly, as the children will be having a party we have permitted them to bring party foods, this may include sandwiches, cup cakes, soft drinks, fruit juices, chips, chocolates, doughnuts, fruits and any other items they wish to eat. Please can you make sure that you send a reasonable quantity that can be shared with a few other students?
