These products do not reach only the US market. They reach all of us. Yes people would say just do not buy it. For me the the only way out of it are three things: consumer pressure, transparency and accountability. So what can we do? Demand Information from your favorite restaurant, your super market, the local fish shop about origin, certificates, supplier evaluation. This is the only way to wake up the monster.

So if Uruguay can make such a dramatic shift to 95% renewable energy where the global average is 10-12% every country can make it. There are no excuses, none at all. The technology is there, it has been there for decades. All we need is Leaders with stamina who stand up to the oil lobby and make it happen. Examples like this make me a believer again!
