We are looking for both Business Development Specialist and Senior Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. In these roles, you will play a key part in expanding our corporate client base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth—with a strong focus on the Egyptian and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities (Both Levels):
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, nurturing, negotiating, and closing revenue-generating deals.
- Grow the share of existing corporate accounts and expand the active corporate portfolio.
- Handle the proposal lifecycle from RFP issuance through successful implementation.
- Generate high-impact partnership opportunities that align with LearnKhana's growth objectives.

Job Requirements:
Business Development Specialist:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development (B2B / B2C).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in the Learning & Development (L&D) sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with tender proposals is a plus.

Senior Business Development Specialist:
- 4+ years of progressive Business Development experience, preferably within EdTech, L&D, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding into new markets (Egypt & GCC experience strongly preferred).
- Experience leading complex tender proposals and contract negotiations.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent command of English and strong negotiation skills.
