Are you a Fresh Graduate or Entry-Level professional looking to start your career in Business Development?

We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious, and people-oriented Business Development Coordinator who is eager to learn, build relationships, and contribute to business growth.
What You’ll Do:
• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams.
• Schedule meetings and support the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
• Support proposals, presentations, quotations, and reports.
• Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Contribute to achieving business development and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have:
• Internship experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting or lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Interest in the Learning & Development / EdTech industry.
