The most underrated aspect of prepping for the LNAT is time! As an LNAT trainer with years of experience, I know with certainty that what the LNAT most requires is TIME!
For students applying in 2023 through UCAS for Law programs in the UK, it is time to start the prep – for those seeking to put in applications to Oxbridge (deadline 15 October 2023) and evenfor those applying to non-Oxbridge schools (deadline mid-January 2024). The MCQs and the Essay of the LNAT are nothing like what normal school curricula cover/train students for.
Hence, after initial classes in which students are apprised with terms and words of Logical Reasoning and made to practice different types of questions that show up on the LNAT, classes involve brainstorming passages and the questions based on them to develop in each student a cache of reference questions and their strategies and to allow students to better understand the nuances of language.
