AI adoption in finance is accelerating. But proving its impact remains a challenge.
While 63% of finance functions have deployed AI, only 21% report clear ROI. The challenge isn't the technology, it's the people, processes, and skills behind it.
IMA, in partnership with CFO Alliance, surveyed 230+ CFOs and analysed nearly 700,000 finance job postings through Lightcast. The findings are clear: AI-readiness in finance is an organizational challenge, not a technological one.
