- Diploma in Electro-Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of facilities maintenance experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on BMS operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and building management systems.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, computer, and communication skills with the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
