Legendary Judoka Kyuzo Mifune Demonstrating Several Judo Techniques in his 70s. He was in amazing shape in his 70s. When he was 40, Mifune was challenged by a 6 foot tall and 240 lb sumo wrestler. Mifune, 5 feet 2 inches tall and 145 lb slammed the wrestler with his trademark "airplane" throw (kuki nage or sumi otoshi). Mifune was not only a grandmaster but also called The God of Judo for his mastery of Judo Techniques and how effectively he used it against opponents of all sizes.
