This Easter, this message feels deeper than ever…
Whilst conflict continues across nations, I feel like we are reminded of the true meaning of hope, renewal, and resilience. And as we witness events unfolding, we are reminded not only of the fragility of peace but also of the power of it.
And I for one feel incredibly fortunate to be living in the U.A.E right now. Even in challenging times, as a nation this country is ensuring that we feel safe, supported and protected. The strength, leadership, and unity that the UAE is showing with gives us all the ability to carry on, to keep going, and to hold onto hope.🇦🇪🇦🇪🇦🇪
May this Easter bring new beginnings for all, healing where it is needed most, and a sense of calm in uncertain times. And may we continue to move forward with gratitude, resilience, and faith in better days ahead 🤍.

In these uncertain times times, Eid arrives as a reminder of what truly grounds us : connection, faith, hope.
Here in the UAE, I and may others like me, are internally grateful for the safety, care, and community that this country is working so hard to provide us with. Thank you 🙏🏻
In times like these is when we truly get to see how lucky we are to be welcome here 🤍.
To all those who celebrate I wish that this Eid brings you (and all of us) peace to your soul, happiness to your heart, and compassion for all and everything.
Eid Mubarak to you and your loved ones 🌙

Welcome to the Year of the Horse
The past year of the Serpent was a year of shedding, letting go of old versions of ourselves, releasing habits, relationships, beliefs, and patterns that no longer fit.
And while that process can be uncomfortable, it was necessary because we don’t grow by holding on, we grow by making space.
Now, we step into the Year of the Horse, a year of forward momentum, prosperity, courage, and growth. A year that invites you to rise, to expand, and to finally move toward the life you’ve been craving.
But growing alone isn’t always easy. Sometimes it’s slow. Sometimes it’s confusing. And sometimes we stay stuck simply because we can’t see our own blind spots.
That’s why growth becomes far faster, more effective, and far more empowering when you do it with a professional, someone who can guide you, challenge you, and support you as you create real change.
🌟 This is your fresh start, under the lunar sky, with clarity, purpose, and a plan.
If you’re ready to make this your year… I’m here. 🤍

Choose alignment over attachment.
Choose peace over people-pleasing.
In 2026 choose yourself.
So much of my work is helping people release guilt, build boundaries, and reconnect with joy so success can flow.
If 2026 is the year you choose you, DM me “SUCCESS & JOY” and let’s do the work that gets you there. ❤️

Feeling incredibly blessed to be part of the Keyani Family. Last night’s intimate Christmas gathering with some of our wonderful practitioners (and we missed those who couldn’t make it!) was a beautiful reminder of the warmth, joy, and genuine connection that makes this centre so special.

A heartfelt thank you to our founder, Linda Sakr, for creating such an authentic, human-centred environment where we can grow, support one another, and serve our community with purpose. And a big thank you to Aliya for all that you do to keep running with such care and dedication. I’m grateful to you both for organising last night and for the many thoughtful gatherings you bring to life for us.
Always grateful to be part of the Keyani Family. ✨❤️

Funny how life throws you curveballs sometime.
I was invited on DXB Today - on Dubai One- as a Human Behaviour Expert to talk about trauma: 7 minutes on the sofa, quick chat, done. Or so I thought 😅
Then, right before going on air, the usher walks in and says,
“Our co-host’s been unavoidably detained so you’ll be our co-host today, Anne.”
I laughed 😂. Obviously he was joking, right?!
Nope. Totally serious!!! 😳
So there I was, suddenly co-hosting a TV show - introducing myself, being interviewed, and interviewing the other guests. Half an hour of pure fun, adrenaline, and trying not to forget which camera to look at 😂. For those of you back in the UK, it felt like being on C4 Loose Women 😊….
Huge thank you to the amazing DXB Today team for making it such a joy and to Reim El Houni, whose TV presenting course I took two years ago just for fun. Who knew I’d actually end up using it on TV?!
Life really does have a wicked sense of humour sometimes…
and I think I might just have caught the presenting bug …anyone actually know somebody on C4 Loose Women ??? 😂 🎤✨

Communicating difficult feelings: why we get it wrong (and how to do it right).
When conversations get uncomfortable, most people slip into defensiveness, blame, or avoidance.
It’s not always because they don’t care, it’s often because their nervous system goes into protection mode but in that state, the goal shifts from connection to survival.
That’s precisely why even the simplest tools, like using “I feel” statements or describing behaviour rather than character, are so effective. They calm the emotional brain, keep the dialogue open, and invite understanding instead of escalation.
It’s not about being “soft.” It’s about being skilled.
And skillful communication is what transforms relationships at home, at work, and within ourselves.
As a Human Behaviour Expert, I help people build these emotional intelligence muscles every day because how we communicate shapes every area of our lives.
If you’re finding certain relationships hard to navigate right now, or you’d like to feel more confident in how you express yourself, reach out. Together I will help you have the tools to turn difficult conversations into opportunities for clarity, connection, and change.
