Being the main energy artery of the body, a healthy spine can give health to all other organs and systems of human. Moreover the general vitality of a person increases: the mood, energy level and work efficiency are improved.
Those 20-30 minutes a day you spent on exercises for the spine, can be considered as an investment in our health, longevity and life success.
Therefore advice you to start some kind of dynamic practice that compensates for our sedentary lifestyle and lack of mobility. In my opinion, one of the best methods of soft work with the spine is PILATES (here are some free video tutorials are available https://youtu.be/bzSjQNJdYtM ) and also you can register for class in our SONATA ART centre by calling to 0567712184 or 044307358.
