I’m sharing this because it’s true. 🙏

When the famous Spanish flu epidemic killed millions of people in 1918, Joseph Pilates noticed that none of the people who trained in his physical form were infected.
Today, I have not seen a single advertisement on tv or media about healthy eating, food and living water, lifestyle change, positive thinking, exercise (any type of physical activity) and overall well-being.
Have you ever wondered:
Why are gyms closing and we are forced to breathe in a mask?
Why do they lock us in our homes “for our safety?”
Media is all about sickness and death... exactly the opposite of what a healthy body needs to stay healthy and live in harmony.
The solution is self-education of the mind for disease prevention and psycho-physical wellbeing.

What are you choosing to feed through your thoughts and actions?
Sickness or health?
Fear or Faith?
The darkness or the light within you?

The choice is only yours, now and always!
