Not a trial. Not free for the first module. You register, you start, and if you never spend a pound with us that's fine.

Every course is self-paced — start on Sunday, stop mid-module, pick it up on Wednesday. At the end there's a quiz, and if you want the accredited certificate for your CPD portfolio you can buy it then. That part is optional, and always has been.

It still doesn't know that one of your students has had a hard week, that the class after break is unreachable on a Thursday, or that your strongest student has started sitting at the back.

That's not a gap in the technology. That's the job.

The lesson's over. You have ten minutes before the next one walks in.

Most of us spend those ten minutes tidying. Here's a better use — a four-question debrief you can do standing up, with no notebook.

1. What did students DO, not what did I say?
2. Where did the room go quiet — confusion or concentration?
3. Which student hasn't spoken, twice in a row now?
4. What would I change if I taught this again in an hour?

Question 3 is the one that changes classes. Everything else is tuning.

Save this for Sunday. Which question would you add?
