Our business is expanding rapidly and so will our team. FOR BOTH OUR DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES OFFICE AND FOR OUR RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA OFFICE, we are looking to recruit both Project Coordinators and Project Managers.

Responsibilities include:
• Able to deliver on time within deadline every time without fail
• Search, screen, select and training of mystery shoppers/service evaluators
• Scenarios and attributes design
• Constant follow up of mystery shoppers and assigning visits according to their profile and client requirements
• Monitoring the status of the assigned visits
• Problem solver able resolve shopper issues and challenges in the field
• Coordinate schedules of both shoppers and clients opening hours location etc
• Carry out quality control checks and feedback sessions
• Ensure timely delivery of reports every time without fail
Job Requirements
• With military precision able to meet & deliver before deadlines never missing a target date
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills never accepting ‘no’ for an answer
• Excellent time management skills
• Be hands on, proactive, take initiative
• Ability to perform under enormous pressure & understands urgent deadlines
• Ability to multi-task & constantly follows on all pending tasks
• Ability to deal with a great variety of people of various social classes at the same time building relationships and meeting their various needs
• A positive outgoing loud personality very smiley but knows when to be serious
• Detail oriented and great organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing.
• 3+ years of experience in Market Research, Project/Event management or coordination
• Excellent English skills, Arabic is an advantage
