In developing ‘Kids Apprentice’ we looked at both the limitations of modern education and what businesses want from their future employees and set out to bridge the skillset gap. When your child attends a ‘Kids Apprentice’ experience they will develop the following skill sets:-

Leadership skills
Teamwork skills
Communication skills
Critical thinking skills
Creativity
Interpersonal skills
The ability to working under pressure/deadlines
Stress management skills
The art of effective delegating
Effecting listening skills
Problem solving skills
Organisational skills
The ability to learn and adapt

All of these skills will increase the confidence of your child and help them excel in and out of the classroom. During each of the ‘Kids Apprentice’ experiences the kids will be assigned teams and given the opportunity to take part in a range of fun, challenging and creative tasks over the ‘working hour, day or week.’ The tasks are designed to challenge the team members and to create a platform for creativity, confidence and leadership strengths to develop. They will compete to become ‘Kids Apprentice Team Champion’ and also to be crowned ‘Kids Apprentice Individual Champion’.
