Since moving to the UAE in 2010 Bon Bon Girl's Sugar Crafts has been based in the Khalidiya neighborhood conducting class in array of sugar mediums including Fondant, Gumpaste, Buttercream and Modeling Paste. Fun with Fondant Friday! Ok, I am a day late.
Well, it took me a little extra time to get this one done. On Friday morning I sat down in my studio, ready for some me time. After a long week I was excited to get started and had my heart set on making one of my favorite florals, Bearded Iris.
Ok, where is my cutter? I searched high and low but it was no where to be found. So, what is a girl to do?... no cutter? I decided I will use one of techniques I teach in my floral classes and free form
my petals. I think I like it better than when I use a cutter.
