I had the privilege of sitting down with our M.Y.T.E Student Leaders at GEMS Founders Dubai South.
Listening to their thoughts, ideas and experiences reminded me of something very important. When children are given a voice, incredible things happen.
Leadership isn’t something that appears overnight.
It grows when young people feel heard, respected and supported.
Moments like this are exactly why M.Y.T.E exists.
To help children understand themselves, express their emotions and develop the confidence to lead.
