I remember when I was pregnant a friend told me that the love you feel for your baby when they are born doesn’t compare to what you feel as they start to grow up. She said that of course there is love when you first see them but watching them grow, getting to know their character and their personality makes you fall so much more in love with them as they begin to get older.
I didn’t really get it at the time but I completely get it now. My baby turned four today and I love him more every day.
The past four years haven’t gone exactly as planned, things have happened which I wouldn’t have necessarily chosen but I believe that everything falls into place exactly as it needs to. Today has been a wonderful day, not without tears and little tantrums but full of so much love and happiness. I wouldn’t change anything.

My name is Florentina and I would like to give a testimonial to Amina.
Our mind is a very complicated maze and sometimes you really need someone to guide you through it, the only key is to accept that and find the right help. We forget to
help ourselves and we are focusing more on the material side, but without us the matter wouldn't exist.
When I heard for the first time about hypnosis the first thing that came into my mind was the image from movies related to it, with a necklace, questioning does it work?
It started with me thinking that I really wish to quit smoking and that it worths a try, but when you see how professional Amina is and more than anything all her positive energy
around you, you realize that are other things more important that you left unsolved and you simply leave your mind in her hands, because you feel safe.
After my first sesion I really felt that walking on clouds, the colors were brighter all around me, it makes you realise that you really left a heavy weight behind.
Even people around me felt and noticed the changes in me, even after 1 session only. It makes you wonder why I didn’t try this before, maybe because you didn’t find the right guide.
I definitely did and every time I have the opportunity to speak about my experience or I feel that any
one that I know is going thru a hard time, I recommend Amina with all my heart, because I know they will be in good hands and will definitely help them.

Had so much fun in our wellness webinar tonight and I’m so grateful to everyone who joined and participated. My favourites have to be these two adorable twins who were tapping along doing the EFT with me. I don’t know these boys but seeing this photo really warmed my heart!
The funny thing is that people were asking a lot of questions about how to do EFT with little kids, and this shows EFT really is for everyone!

So much of the way we think and feel as adults stems back to our childhood. Sometimes we don’t remember the significant events of our childhood, sometimes we remember the event but do not realise that it has affected us. Regression work in hypnotherapy is a powerful way to uncover that childhood trauma. Once we find the root causes of the symptom (the anxiety, addiction, repeated patterns etc) then we can do the work to neutralise it.

When our mind is racing it is easy to get sucked into the whirlpool of thoughts, but with a little practice you can get better at calming your mind.
Do one of the following things.
✅Write it down.
Journalling is a great way to calm our thoughts ⭐️ Often the mind feels like it’s racing but it is actually the same thoughts going round and round ⭐️ Writing it down can help to organise your thoughts ⭐️ Also writing it down is a really great way to release what you are thinking about ⭐️ It’s almost as if because you have given the thought proper attention by writing it down, it can feel noticed and satisfied and therefore stop shouting at you.
✅ Bring yourself back to the present moment.
If you look at your thoughts you will notice that they are generally about the past or the future ⭐️ Bring yourself into the present by noticing exactly where you are ⭐️ Use all your senses, see, hear, smell, touch, be in the now.
✅Be aware that you are not your mind. You are actually the awareness of your mind.
When your thoughts are racing, you can look at your mind as if it is a toddler having a tantrum ⭐️ Be kind to your mind, listen and observe, no need to judge or get angry ⭐️ Just know that this is not you and observe the thoughts from that perspective.
