I love being a celebrant but...
Every Thursday I'm part of a team that run a big free playgroup (or baby club as the kids call it)! We are a team of volunteers that just love welcoming all pre school children from birth to age 5. Today we had over 200 people through the door who were welcomed to play with fabulous toys, ate our lovely age appropriate buffet, hot drinks for parents/carers and had access to our stunning Christmas scene set up to take photos. It was a long day welcoming older siblings after school hours for photos too, but wow it was wonderful. I've cried at photos of children and reactions of parents and remembered how much I felt unwelcome at playgroup when my kids were little. I may not have been paid today but it has honestly been one of the best days ever! I love you my 💗💗💗🐟🐠🐡💗💗💗
