It was an honour to meet the president of to hear about the formidable work being done in Kurdastan region from humanitarian to skills development.

I am looking forward to working closely with and .foundation to expand our employability program for youth in the Kurdistan region and creating a solid human capital ready for the workplace.

With Maharatkom ongoing efforts to empower youth with skills required for the future, I’m proud to announce our first partnership in the Kurdistan region with along side our strategic partners to enhance their students skills and employability.

نفخر بالإعلان عن توسيع شراكتنا مع  ، 
استمراراً لمهمتنا المشتركة في تمكين الشباب من خلال التعليم 
وتنمية المهارات. هذا العام، ومن خلال برنامج تكوين الغرير، نتوسّع 
في نطاق عملنا لنشمل 9 مدارس في مختلف إمارات الدولة بهدف 
الوصول إلى3,500 طالب وطالبة.​
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيكون مهاراتكم  ضمن برنامج نمو الغرير حاضراً 
في7 فروع من كليات التقنية العليا لإعداد المرشّحين لسوق العمل 
من خلال تقييمنا ثم توفير فرص تنمية المهارات عبر منصة مسار 
الغرير المبتكرة.​

We’re proud to announce the expansion of our partnership

shared mission of empowering youth through education and 
upskilling. This year through   we are 
expanding to 9 schools across the Emirates to reach 3,500 
students. In addition,  under  will 
be live at 7 branches to 
prepare candidates for employability through our assessment 
and then upskilling opportunities on the innovative Platform.

لقد أكملنا يومين من تقييم ضمن برنامج  من   في مدرسة المجد للشراكات التعليمية ومدرسة العزم للشراكات التعليمية. شارك أكثر من 300 طالب في التقييم و الجلسات لمراجعة تقاريرهم وأهم النتائج.

و من خلال النتائج كان من الملهم مراجعة التقارير التي أوصت بتخصصات مثل الطب، والقانون، وهندسة الحاسوب، و الذكاء الاصطناعي. تهدف هذه المجموعات من دورًا حيويًا في دعم التخصصات المطلوبة التي تتماشى مع ، مما يمهّد الطريق لنجاح الطلاب.

We have successfully completed two days of cohorts under the program by at Al Majd Charter School and Al Azm Charter School. Over 300 students participated in the assessments and sessions that reviewed their reports and key insights.

It was inspiring to review reports with recommended majors such as; medicine, law, computer engineering, and artificial intelligence. These cohorts under the play a vital role in nurturing high-demand fields aligned with the , paving pathways to success for students.

It was truly a privilege to engage with educators, academics, and partners to explore the evolving landscape of higher education. The discussions on transforming education systems for equity and the increasing shift towards a skills-based approach reinforced the urgency of preparing youth for the ever-changing workplace.

One of the standout moments was attending the fireside chat with on Transforming Systems for Equitable Education in MENA, as well as the engaging workshop on skills-based education vs. traditional degrees—a conversation that will shape the future of learning and employment in the years to come.

At , we remain committed to this vision by delivering innovative solutions that equip youth with the skills they need to thrive. Looking forward to staying connected with the incredible professionals I met and collaborating on impactful projects that drive real change.
