Our FS1 children turned into little scientists today as they explored the concept of heavy and light using a simple weighing scale made from a cloth hanger ⚖️✨

Through hands-on investigation, they compared different objects, predicted which would be heavier or lighter, and watched closely as the hanger moved up and down. This fun experiment helped them understand early measurement concepts while building new vocabulary and critical thinking skills.

Our little learners enjoyed engaging counting activities that helped them recognize numbers, count with confidence, and connect numbers to real objects. Through hands-on play, they practiced one-to-one correspondence and strengthened their focus while having so much fun.

Through this hands-on matching activity, our toddlers practiced identifying different colors and recognizing shapes while strengthening their hand-eye coordination and early problem-solving skills. It was beautiful to see their excitement and growing confidence as they carefully matched each piece.

Our preschoolers had a wonderful time exploring creativity through Ice Cream Scoop Painting and Sun Threading 🍦☀️

Ice Cream Scoop Painting encouraged the children to experiment with colors, textures, and patterns while strengthening their fine motor control and hand coordination. Meanwhile, Sun Threading supported concentration and patience as little hands carefully threaded the rays, developing finger strength and precision needed for early writing skills.

Creative activities like these make learning fun, engaging, and full of bright smiles ✨

Our FS1 children had so much fun learning about weather through our “Dress for the Weather” activity ☀️🌧️❄️

The children explored sunny, rainy, and snowy conditions and chose the correct clothing for each type of weather. This hands-on activity supports understanding of the world, builds vocabulary, encourages critical thinking, and develops decision-making skills. It also strengthens communication as children discuss why we wear certain clothes in different weather.
