For all those who are interested in practicing Pranayama in a disciplined and regular manner, the 24 days “*Pranayama Sadhana*” is a good opportunity to opt for.

We invite you all to join us to take your Pranayama practice to an experiential level.

In this disciplined program, the first *21* days, the practitioner is guided through preparatory practices on individual basis, which culminates into a *3 Day* Silent Sadhana Retreat along with Pranayama practice.

Food will be served as per the Yogic diet.

Practice Pranayama under the expert guidance of Acharya Bala.

Entry is open to all levels of practitioners.
