When someone is determined to learn and become financially confident, no one can stop them.

came to know of Moolah less than 3 months back. She was very sceptical to join the program because she was unsure of her commitment.

But today, she sends me posts like these

“My learning from today
Start ups looked very attractive to me and I used to say to people - tell me which start up is nice & i ll put some Money 😅
Only to learn today factors we should consider before investing in one..

However when I was learning about inflation turns out now it’s a permanent factor 😅 prices are only increasing ever since Covid & now war… so defo want to understand more on this front that where is all this leading to..”

The gender pay gap gets all the headlines. But the gender investment gap? That’s quietly costing women more.

Women who start investing — even small — outperform women who wait for the “right time.”

The right time is now. Your future self is counting on it. 💸

Over the last 5+ months I have been a mentor to 21 amazing women entrepreneurs over 3 cohorts as a part of the Goldman Sachs 10K Program in collaboration with IIMA. It was my privilege and honor to get invited for the graduation ceremony of some of these amazing women today at the Goldman Sachs corporate office in Bangalore.

There are few occasions where you get the privilege to be in the esteemed company of stalwarts like Mr Narayan Murthy, Dr Devi Shetty, Mr Sonjoy Chatterjee, Ms Shanti Mohan, Ms Charlotte Keenan, the IIM A, B, L Faculty and the other co-mentors from prestigious backgrounds.

Sharing a sneak peek of today’s event as I felt like a proud mother hen, when my mentees received their graduation certificates. 😘

Checking your bank account can feel like opening Pandora’s box, right? 😅 But it doesn’t have to be overwhelming! Here’s a quick actionable step to ease that anxiety:

1. Set a specific day/time each week to check your finances. This creates a routine and helps avoid those surprise moments.

2. Before you check, take a deep breath and remind yourself that it’s just a snapshot of your financial health, not a reflection of your worth.

3. Celebrate small wins! If you’ve saved even a little, acknowledge it.

Remember, knowledge is power! 💪✨

What’s your go-to strategy for managing financial anxiety?
