What's the difference between the first and second image? The people! The people you choose to surround yourself with in life can make all the difference.

Does positive mean always agreeable and happy? Not necessarily. Those characteristics 100% of the time are probably indicative of a fake person.🤨👀

Positive people affirm, support, and help you maximize your potential. Sometimes this looks like helping your retarget your goals and clarifying the steps you need to take to get there. Other times their face may carry a very serious expression because they want to help you identify risks you may have overlooked. And of course there are *genuine* happy and agreeable moments too. Positive people do cheer you on when you are on the right path because they are SO proud of you. Positive people make the difference.

What difference do people make in your life? What difference are you making in the lives of others?

We're on a mission to help shape a positive future for everyone we work with: families, individuals, and organizations. Learn more about our SHAPE approach to positive learning & interactions here:

This should be up there with the funniest things you’ve seen today 😅

Allowing children to be expressive, whether you can make sense of what they share or not doesn’t only show them you listen, it shows them you are interested too.
