Before joining my DROP 1 kilo a week program, Maliha thought she was eating healthy and was going to the gym regularly but without losing any weight.

Since joining the program Maliha follows her personalised food diary which includes the foods she loves, she’s become mindful on portion control and the importance of nutritional balance to drive positive energy for a healthier mindset and fuelling powerful workouts.

Size 14 to size 10 in 8 weeks

Sarah joined Coach K’s drop 1 kilo drop a week program end of October with a clear goal to fit into size 10 by Christmas.

Weight loss food diary doesn’t have to be restrictive or boring. It’s not all about eating chicken breast and salad, I mean who would eat that everyday?! Not me that’s for sure! I love flavour, creative cooking, flexible and balanced nutrition with treats I don’t like the word cheat.

The food diaries I design for my clients consist of:

- High lean protein
- ⁠Complex carbs
- ⁠Good fats

With food prep rules:
- Lean oils used to cook
- ⁠Light dressings

These are designed to drive weight loss and ensure the client has balanced nutrition.

If the clients prefer a treat meal then that’s fine too, as long as they burn extra calories to enjoy the treat without the scale going up.

Firm, fair & flexible coaching that is designed to fit around client lifestyles, their food preferences and their weight loss goals.

This Christmas my ultimate wish came true 💫 throughout my life ive helped friends, family and random people by constantly rescuing and coaching them as it came natural to me.

It took me until this year to realise that this my actual purpose - I love helping others transform into their best version.

So I created a business out of my passion and I’ve never felt this happy or content to be fulfilling my ultimate purpose.

Dhanya’s Transformation Journey 🙌🏽
From 64 to 58KG!

In October, Dhanya hit a weight loss plateau at 64KG, despite trying every diet and training program. I discovered three game-changers:

This time last year I was playing average when it came to my life, work, fitness & health game.

In just under a year:

- I dropped 10 kilos, 10% in body fat improved BMI, increased muscle mass that I’m proud of 💪🏽

- Through my personal body & health transformation, I created a bullet proof offer for my clients, that is designed to drive down one kilo a week, through balanced nutrition and laser focused workouts

- My programs are goal driven and results focused bringing in my corporate board room experience and discipline to elevate client results

- The programs fit in around my client lifestyles incorporating their family, work, and social commitments

- I drive my client transformations like a boss, by investing so much time and effort into personalising their programs, so that they embrace discipline and consistency as new lifestyle habits

- My coaching style is firm, flexible and fair and im extremely committed to driving results for my clients and so passionate about seeing my clients improve self confidence, self worth and self love.

So what did it take to arrive at the point of driving client transformations with 🔥 results?

- I joined the 5am club with new found discipline, consistency, determination, self motivation, will power and resilience, plus pure hard work has got me where I am today. If I could do it so can my clients and I’m with them every step of their transformation journey 💪🏽
