പല ബിസിനസ് സ്ഥാപകരും CEO മാരും ലിങ്ക്ഡിനെ കുറിച്ച് തെറ്റായ ധാരണകൾ വെച്ചു പുലർത്തുന്നവർ ആണ്.

അത് അവരുടെ ബിസിനസ് development നെ തെറ്റായ രീതിയിൽ സ്വാധീനിക്കുന്നു.

ലിങ്ക്ഡിനിലെ നിങ്ങളുടെ വളർച്ചയെ തടയുന്ന ചില തെറ്റിദ്ധാരണകൾ നമുക്ക് പരിഹരിക്കാം.

▪️മിഥ്യ: LinkedIn ജോലി തേടുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമുള്ളതാണ്.
💡 വാസ്തവം: B2B influence,partnership,investor interest എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനത്തുള്ള പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോം ആണ് LinkedIn. സ്ഥിരമായി പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് clients നെ നമ്മളിലേക്ക് അടുപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

▪️മിഥ്യ: പോളിഷ് ചെയ്ത, coporate അപ്ഡേറ്റുകൾ മാത്രമേ ലിങ്ക്ഡ്നിൽ പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളൂ.
💡 വാസ്തവം: നിങ്ങളുടെ യഥാർത്ഥ വിജയ കഥകൾ, struggles,insights,lessons ഇതൊക്കെയാണ് ആളുകൾ അറിയാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നത്. ഇത് നിങ്ങളുടെ ബ്രാൻഡിനു authenticity നൽകും.

▪️മിഥ്യ: ലിങ്ക്ഡിനിൽ വല്ലപ്പോഴും articles പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്താൽ മതി.
💡 വാസ്തവം: ലിങ്ക്ഡിൻ അൽഗോരിതം നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്ഥിരമായി പരിശ്രമത്തിനാണ് value നൽകുന്നത്. ആഴ്ചയിൽ 2-3 പോസ്റ്റുകൾ ചെയ്യുന്നത് നിങ്ങളെ ലിങ്ക്ഡ്നിൽ active ആയി നിലനിർത്തുന്നു.

▪️മിഥ്യ: എന്റെ പേഴ്സണൽ ബ്രാൻഡ് കമ്പനിയുടെ വളർച്ചയെ സ്വാധീനിക്കില്ല.
💡 വാസ്തവം: Investors,clients,collaborators എന്നിവർ ആദ്യം നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രൊഫൈൽ ആണ് ചെക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരു ശക്തമായ ലിങ്ക്ഡിൻ പ്രൊഫൈൽ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് അവരിൽ മതിപ്പ് ഉളവാക്കുകയും ബിസിനസ് നടക്കാനുള്ള സാധ്യത വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

▪️മിഥ്യ: മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ പോസ്റ്റുകളുമായി interact ചെയ്യുന്നത് പ്രധാനമല്ല. ഞാൻ കൃത്യമായി പോസ്റ്റുകൾ ഇട്ടാൽ മാത്രം മതി.
💡 വാസ്തവം: ലിങ്ക്ഡിൻ ഒരു conversation ആണ്. മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ പോസ്റ്റുകളിൽ കമന്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് നിങ്ങളുടെ network 10 ഇരട്ടി വേഗത്തിൽ വളരാൻ സഹായിക്കും.

ഇക്കാലത്ത് LinkedIn ഒരു ഓപ്ഷൻ അല്ല.
അത് നിങ്ങളുടെ ആയുധമാണ്.

ഒരു ക്യാംപെയിനിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി കുറച്ച് ആഴ്ചകളായി ഞാൻ Founders and CEOs യുമായി സംസാരിക്കുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

ലിങ്ക്ഡിൻ പ്രൊഫൈൽ optimise ചെയ്യേണ്ട ആവശ്യത്തെ പറ്റി സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവരിൽ നിന്ന് വരുന്ന response ആണിത്.

ഞാനൊരു കഥ പറയട്ടെ !
നാട്ടിലെ ഒരു കുഗ്രാമത്തിൽ ആരും ചെരിപ്പ് ധരിക്കാറില്ലായിരുന്നു.

അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ പട്ടണത്തിൽ പോയി പഠിച്ച ഒരാൾ ഒരു ദിവസം തിരിച്ചു വന്നു.

അയാൾ തന്റെ ചെരിപ്പ് കാണിച്ച് കൊടുത്ത് അതിന്റെ ഉപയോഗങ്ങളും അത് ഇടുമ്പോഴുള്ള comfort ഉം ഒക്കെ വിവരിച്ചു കൊടുത്തു. ഗ്രാമവാസികൾ ചിരിച്ചു:

"എന്തിനാ ചെരിപ്പ്?
ഞങ്ങൾ ഇത്രകാലം നല്ലപോലെ ആണ് ജീവിച്ചത്. ചെരുപ്പില്ലെങ്കിലും നടക്കാനും ഓടാനും ചാടാനും ജോലികൾ ചെയ്യാനും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് സാധിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.
പിന്നെ ഇത്രയും പൈസ കൊടുത്ത് ചെരുപ്പ് വാങ്ങേണ്ട ആവശ്യം എന്താണ്?

അവർക്കറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു- ചെരിപ്പിട്ടാൽ കൂടുതൽ ദൂരം സുഖമായി നടക്കാമെന്നും പുതിയ സാധ്യതകളിലേക്ക് നടന്ന് അടുക്കാമെന്നും.

പഴയതിൽ തൃപ്തരായവർക്ക് പുതിയ സാധ്യതകൾ കാണാൻ കഴിയില്ല.
