One of the brands we manage in the Arts & Crafts category on Amazon had hit a wall.

Sales were stagnant, rankings kept slipping, and despite trying multiple strategies across PPC, listing optimization, SEO, and creatives nothing seemed to create a breakthrough. The account was stuck in the 20–30 units/day range for a long time.

Our team decided to step back and analyze the business from a deeper angle.

What we discovered was simple, but powerful:
Sometimes the problem is not PPC. Sometimes it is not SEO. Sometimes it is simply the offer.

After restructuring the pricing and offer strategy, the product started moving again. Sales climbed from the 20s and 30s to consistently touching 70 units/day, and even crossing 100 units on high-traffic days.

One important lesson from this experience: Every niche has a different customer psychology. Some categories are extremely offer-sensitive, and in those markets, the right pricing strategy can outperform aggressive advertising.
