Someone recently asked me if being well known online is a good or a bad thing.

Looking back at my journey, it has been an absolute blessing. 🌎✨

I started years ago out of pure passion, just making hand drawn dental tutorials on YouTube and sharing classroom moments.

When I moved to Dubai, that passion grew into creating videos in English, Urdu, Pashto, and Dari to break down dentistry for students and the general public. I never chased fame; I just loved what I did.But looking back, the recognition is something I am deeply grateful for.

It has opened so many doors, and having a global family supporting me, alongside the amazing followers who now trust me as their dentist in person, is the exact reason I chose to stay and build my life here in Dubai.

This patient was struggling with a severe food trap on a broken, RCT-treated premolar. To make the clinical scenario trickier, there was an old metal post and deep composite base already in place.

Instead of an aggressive total teardown, I chose a conservative, patient-centric approach:1️⃣ Left the stable, deep existing filling intact to conserve radicular tooth structure.2️⃣ Carefully reduced the coronal height of the metal post.3️⃣ Prepped the clean margins.4️⃣ Relied on my matrix system to adapt perfectly and establish a tight, anatomical emergency profile.

In just one appointment, we eliminated the frustrating food trap, saved sound tooth structure, and gave the patient a functional, budget-friendly solution. The floss check snaps perfectly! 🚀

Disclaimer: The patient was fully informed of the long-term structural risks of foregoing a full-coverage crown on an endodontically treated tooth and opted for this direct composite as a compromised, interim treatment.
