This posture" or "seat", has the resemblance to a cobra with its hood raised.

severe back problems relating to the spine.
neck-related problems such as spondylitis are advised to avoid this pose.
pregnant women as it puts a lot of pressure on the lower abdomen.

I love doing extended version of yoga pose … this Wide Legged Forward Bend Twist Pose | Parivrtta Prasarita Padottanasana but just a little more of extension ..
people who do stretching or yoga will totally understand the feeling of that little extra stretch when you know that ‘ this not it , I can do more ‘ .
Seriously yoga is not about exercise it’s about the feeling of doing it everyday & little more ☘️

Me at peace when I meditate with nature☘️
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Meditation may significantly reduce stress, anxiety, depression, pain and it enhance peace, perception,self-concept, and well-being of a human being.
Sit on a clean empty space , try emptying your head and try focusing on your breath for beginners and do it for for 2mins in beginning .
Note - you can sit in any position or or for beginners 🧘🏻♀️

Mahatma Gandhi gave us courage , patience & strength to fight for independence but with peace and no violence … before teaching anybody he first tested himself with the challenge and when he got successful then encouraged his followers to do it .
His teachings are also followed in yoga life … we as yogini’s have to be patient with ourselves & our students , have to be courageous to do all asanas and before teaching our student , we practice all the asanas on ourselves & then teach . Doing yoga gives us peace mentally & spiritualy also teaches us to be non violent in every challenges of our lives ☘️
Let’s praise him for being such a good teacher & amazing leader 🙏🏻
