Would you believe me if I told you that I changed from that cute white and coral golf outfit from just the other day into this dreadful blue dress!

Let me just say….. it’s true what those wise ones say when they say….Listen to your body whisper, then you won’t have to hear it scream.

Am out of the blue dress now and back in my own space and have come to say…… You are the only You there is. Don’t dismiss your body’s needs…it’s calls for attention even if they are not loud. Pay attention. Do something about it. See someone. Get help. Things can go from 0 to 100 real quick!

I am also sharing to remind you that we mostly capture and share what we want you to see in these streets.
But we are just ordinary people…. With up and down moments too. And that’s ok. Don’t forget that. It’s part of this beautiful thing called life. We are grateful to be here 🌸

This gorgeous 18 month planner (August 2020 to December 2021) I got at just brightens up my days! I love it!
