Are You Willing to Be Wrong?
The Waterfall Reminded Me…
Abundance doesn’t need to be created.
It’s already flowing. Endlessly.
Like the waterfall behind me.
But what if your mind is the only thing damming the flow?
Most high performers don’t burn out from effort.
They burn out from certainty.
Certainty in who they think they are.
Certainty in what they think is possible.
Certainty in the limitations they believe are real.
“Abundance is always present.
We create limitation.”
— Arnold Patent
We don’t lack access.
We lack awareness.
And the identity that made you successful?
Might be the one keeping you stuck.
That’s the real beginning of the 10X shift:
Not more hustle.
Not more hacks.
Just less illusion.
When you see it…
You stop fixing.
You start recalibrating.
You begin to remember that your next level isn’t something to chase—
It’s something to unlock.
Like this waterfall, your potential is already flowing.
You just need to be willing to be wrong about where your limits are.
The next room of 10X awaits.
And it starts when you see yourself clearly.

“The Curse of I Know It All”
I Know It All.
That’s the mask.
That’s the posture.
That’s the silent ceiling for most high performers.
You walk into rooms, already proven.
You’ve built the business. Closed the deals. Hit the targets.
You’ve got the receipts. The reputation. The results.
So, unconsciously you stop listening.
Not because you’re arrogant...
But because success made you certain.
And that’s the trap.
“I Know It All” becomes the very belief that disconnects you from your next level.
From insight.
From presence.
From evolution.
I was sitting across someone recently —sharp, successful, confident.
And also completely closed.
Every answer came preloaded with ego.
Every question was answered before it was even finished.
They weren’t in the room to grow.
They were in the room to defend their past.
This picture captured the moment.
And honestly… my face said it all.
Groundedness is the hidden ingredient of the 10X game.
Not more noise.
Not more doing.
But the humility to ask:
“What if the identity that built my past...
is the exact thing blocking my future?”
So if you are grounded enough seek and to share with me the answer, message me privately and we will talk...
That’s the doorway.
The next room of 10X awaits.

When you’ve been using 👍 as a life strategy 😅
My daughter pointed out the obvious—
“Dad just replies 👍 to everything on our family group.”
Guilty as charged.
But it made me think...
How often do we do the same in life?
We smile. Nod. Hit “like.”
But deep down—we’re sitting on clarity, waiting for confidence to arrive.
Here’s the truth:
Confidence doesn’t come first.
Clarity does.
And when you’re clear, the next step becomes obvious.
So today, less 👍… more action.
The 10X Room is coming soon.
Let’s trade comfort for clarity.

You don’t need more confidence. You need clarity.
This was me mid-session when a leader asked:
“How do I feel more confident before I act?”
Here’s what I told him:
Confidence doesn’t show up before you leap.
It shows up after.
Most people aren’t stuck.
They’re waiting for a feeling that never comes.
In the 10X Recode Room, we don’t wait for confidence.
We build clarity.
Because clarity makes action inevitable.
The next 10X Room drops soon.
If you’re done waiting to feel ready—stay tuned.

Five frogs are sitting on a fence.
Four decide to jump off.
How many are left?
Take a second.
Think.
Still five.
Because deciding isn't doing.
Most people don’t have a clarity problem.
They’ve already decided:
To make that move.
To have that conversation.
To stop playing small.
To take their energy seriously.
But they’re still sitting.
On the fence.
On the decision.
On themselves.
Not because they’re lazy—
But because when you’ve spent years performing at a high level,
Slowing down feels risky.
Choosing differently feels unsafe.
Even when the fence is going nowhere.
The moment you realize you’ve already decided?
That’s the moment momentum begins.
🔥 Where in your life are you still on the fence?
P.S. The next 10X Room opens soon.
And yes, it’s built for moments like these.

“DOUBT: Season 27”
Same plot. New excuses. Fresh anxiety.
Client says:
“I just wish I had more clarity about what’s next.”
I told him:
“You don’t get clarity from imagining the future.
You get it by remembering your past.”
Because here’s the truth—
Your brain is running a series you didn’t subscribe to.
It loops every doubt, every fear, every “what if.”
Like a rerun with better graphics.
But if you pause the stream long enough…
You’ll remember the wins.
The job you nailed.
The risk you took.
The leap you survived.
You don’t need a new plan.
You need a better memory.

What does 10X feel like… when you’ve already won?
We were mid-session when he asked me a question I didn’t expect:
“How different would 10X feel for someone like me?”
25 years of building, leading, outperforming.
Founder. Investor. Strategist.
The kind of leader who knows how to win.
I didn’t answer with a model.
I told him a story.
This photo was taken on a quiet, freezing morning in the mountains.
And as I stood there, I wasn’t thinking about growth, goals, or results.
I didn’t feel the need to conquer.
I didn’t feel the pressure to hustle.
I felt… home.
Still. Rooted. Clear.
That’s what 10X feels like when you’ve already proven everything you needed to.
It’s not about more goals.
It’s about fewer masks.
Not about scaling faster.
But about stripping away the noise, the grind, the story.
And returning to the part of you that already knows:
Peace is the highest version of power.
So if you’ve already built success,
But something whispers, “There’s a different way to grow”…
Maybe 10X isn’t your next ambition.
Maybe it’s your return.
P.S.
The mountain doesn’t hustle to be heard. It simply stands.
Inviting you to meet yourself there.
If that’s what your next level feels like—
The Elite 10X Recode is where it begins.

When Healthcare Leaders Become Firefighters
In one of UAE’s top hospitals, we didn’t talk KPIs.
We talked clarity. Energy.
And how to lead without burning out.
All high performers but all stuck in one loop: Firefighting.
They were showing up strong but silently burning out.
Trying to grow 10X while barely keeping up with 2X energy.
Not because they lacked skill.
Because no one had taught them how to slow down… strategically.
In just 3 hours, we broke the pattern.
We ran a deep Energy Audit.
Reframed “slowing down” as a high-performance move.
And cracked open a new lens on leadership one that doesn't cost your clarity, your team, or your health.
This is what The 10X Recode was designed for.
Not more tips or motivation.
Just one question:
What if the real 10X begins the moment you stop putting out fires?

Micro-habits are tiny, manageable actions that you integrate into your daily routine. They might seem insignificant on their own, but when practised consistently, they build momentum and lead to significant improvements over time. Think of it like compounding interest but for your personal and professional growth.
So, how do you identify these key micro-habits? Start by breaking down your larger goals into smaller, actionable steps. For instance, if you want to improve your health, a micro-habit could be drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning. If you're aiming to write a book, commit to writing just one sentence a day. The key is to make these habits so small that you can't fail to do them.
Next, integrate these micro-habits into your daily routine. Tie them to existing habits to make them stick. For example, if you want to read more, place a book next to your bed and read one page every night before you sleep. By anchoring new habits to established ones, you create a seamless routine that requires minimal effort.
Tracking your progress is essential to staying motivated. Use a journal, an app, or even a simple checklist to mark your daily successes. Celebrate small wins along the way. Each tick on your list is a step closer to your larger goal, and that sense of accomplishment will keep you going.
Remember, the magic of micro-habits lies in their simplicity and consistency. By focusing on small, manageable actions, you avoid the overwhelm that often comes with big goals. Over time, these tiny habits compound, leading to significant changes and remarkable achievements. So, start small, stay consistent, and watch how these micro-habits transform your life!
