Short term memory peaks around 25 and begins to dip at 35

Whereas your ability to evaluate people’s emotional states peaks much later in your 40’s - 50’s

Your brain is constantly asking questions and looking for the answer.

If you think about a conversation - it’s a series of asking somebody a question, for them to bring out an answer.

The better the questions, the more interesting the answers.

But how can you change if you’re doing the same thing over and over?

Well you can’t.

Changing who we want to be = changing who we are.

Then repeating that enough to become who we “want to be”
